Travel Planning Fees

Most of my services are free for standard trip planning, so you can enjoy personalized travel recommendations at no extra cost. For complex itineraries that require additional research, such as multi-destination trips or specialized bookings, a service fee may apply. Fees are non-refundable and must be paid after the service agreement is signed.

Standard Trip Planning: FREE
For personalized recommendations and simple trip planning there is no charge.

Cruise & Land Vacation Quotes (Up to 3 Rounds): FREE
For minimal research on cruise or land vacation options, there is no charge. I will generally provide more than one option during the initial quote phase; this will serve as "Round 1". After the third round of quotes, a fee does apply.

Additional Cruise & Land Vacation Quotes (Past 3 Rounds): $10 per quote round
For each quote beyond the initial three rounds, there is an additional charge per quote.

Solo Airfare Booking Requests: $15 per ticket
For bookings limited to flights only, or flights added outside of an existing travel package, a per-ticket fee will apply based on the complexity of the itinerary.

Special Trip Planning (e.g., weddings, honeymoons): $100 - $500
For customized planning for special occasions like weddings, honeymoons, etc., there is a fee depending on complexity.

Complex Trip Planning (Multi-Destination, Custom Itineraries, or Special/Complex Requests): $150
For detailed planning of complex trips requiring extra research, there is a one-time fee.

Group Travel Planning (10 - 19 people): $250
For managing and coordinating group trips for under 20 people, including special arrangements, there is a one-time fee.

Group Travel Planning (20+ people): $25 per adult
For managing and coordinating group trips (such as family reunions, corporate trips) for at least 20 people, including special arrangements, there is a one-time fee.
